Beringer Knights Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 is a luxurious wine that is blended each year to emulate the iconic Bordeaux blends. It has a soft and silky tannin structure, which is complemented by a full mouth-feel, making it perfect for immediate consumption or for cellaring to further develop complexity. This wine’s aromas are rich in dried herbs, cedar, clove, and lavender, and its flavors are dominated by dark red fruits, such as black cherry, currants, huckleberry, raspberry, and figs.

Additionally, the wine features noticeable oak spice, as well as the traditional Knights Valley flavors of black olive, wild sage, and mocha chocolate, that are joined by fine acidity and balance.
